Under e-commerce law you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Defective or wrong items
If an item is defective, damaged or differs from your order, send us a photo and the order number and we will replace it or refund you; return shipping is on us.
Cut-to-length items
Pipe and items cut or prepared to your specification cannot be returned unless defective.
How to request
Email info@novinabsar.ir, message us on WhatsApp or call, with the order number and the reason. After inspection and receipt of the item, the refund is issued within a few business days.
